How to compost the nursing pads: After use, put the breast pads in your organic waste or compost bin and they will biodegrade within six months. Independent testing has shown significiant signs of degradation after 28 days exposure in soil. They will not biodegrade in a landfill, and please don't flush the toilet. They are not washable nor reuseable.
